During the exercise, pairs of individuals from diverse cultures were asked to connect without using words. It was in that moment, I realised something profound:

Until that session, I had never felt or understood so deeply how leadership for inclusion happens far more profoundly than a mission statement. That realisation reshaped the way I approach leadership, inclusion, and equity.
I knew I had to share this insight with others, so for over 10 years I set about developing a framework and tool to help people see why this approach changes everything when it comes to discrimination and human connection.
